Armet Tactical Refund & Return Policy
Effective Date: June 2026
Thank you for shopping with Armet Tactical in Peoria, Arizona. Due to the nature of firearms, ammunition, and tactical equipment, we maintain a strict return and refund policy in full compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, including ATF regulations.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. General Return Eligibility
- All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact us before shipping anything back.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery (for online orders) or purchase (for in-store).
- Products must be in new, unused, and resalable condition with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- We reserve the right to charge an up to 20% restocking fee on non-defective returns to cover handling, inspection, and lost resale opportunity. We may waive this fee at our sole discretion for certain items or situations.
2. Firearms & Regulated Items (FFL Transfers)
- Once a firearm has been transferred to you or your chosen FFL dealer and you have taken possession, returns are generally not accepted due to federal regulations and ATF requirements.
- Firearms that have been fired, modified, or had their serial number markings altered are non-returnable.
- If a background check is denied by the NICS system, we will issue a refund minus any applicable transfer fees, processing costs, and a possible restocking fee.
- NFA Items (suppressors, SBRs, machine guns, etc.): Returns are extremely limited and subject to ATF approval processes. Restocking fees (up to 20% or more) typically apply.
3. Ammunition, Magazines, and Consumables
- Ammunition: No returns or refunds on opened boxes or cases. Unopened ammunition may be returned only in special circumstances and is subject to inspection and a restocking fee.
- High-capacity magazines or state-restricted items: Returns are limited due to legal compliance.
4. Tactical Gear, Optics, Apparel & Accessories
- Most non-firearm items may be returned within the 14-day window if unused and in original condition.
- Opened or installed items (e.g., mounted optics, used holsters, worn apparel) are non-returnable.
- Electronics, night vision, and illuminated devices may have stricter limitations.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
- If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos and order details.
- We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. In most cases, we cover return shipping for verified defects.
- Manufacturer warranties apply for long-term issues after the initial return window.
