Armet Tactical Shipping Policy

We are committed to complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale and shipment of firearms, ammunition, and tactical gear. This policy outlines our shipping procedures. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. General Shipping Information

Processing Time: Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment clearance and verification of all required documentation (longer for firearms, NFA items, or backordered products).
Shipping Carriers: We primarily use UPS and FedEx, depending on the item and destination. All shipments include tracking.
Shipping Address: Shipments are sent only to the verified billing/shipping address on file. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for firearms or restricted items.
Risk of Loss: All risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier.

2. Firearms and Regulated Items (FFL Requirements)

Federal law requires that modern firearms (including handguns, rifles, shotguns, frames, receivers, and certain parts) be shipped only to a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) dealer.

Customers must arrange for transfer at a local FFL dealer in their state.
During checkout or after purchase, provide a legible, signed copy of the receiving FFL dealer’s license (via email or fax).
We will only ship to the address listed on the provided FFL.
It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that the chosen FFL is willing and able to accept the transfer and complete the required ATF Form 4473 background check and paperwork.
NFA Items (suppressors, short-barreled rifles/shotguns, machine guns, etc.): These ship only to FFL/SOT (Special Occupational Taxpayer) holders. Additional ATF approvals (e.g., Form 4) and wait times apply. Contact us for details.
Intrastate vs. Interstate: Shipments within Arizona may have different options; out-of-state shipments strictly follow federal interstate rules.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if proper FFL documentation is not received promptly.

3. Ammunition and Magazines

Ammunition: Ships via ground transportation only (no air). Restrictions apply by state and carrier. We may limit quantities or refuse shipment to certain states. Hazmat fees may apply.
High-Capacity Magazines: We comply with all state and local capacity restrictions. Magazines will be adjusted or orders canceled for non-compliant destinations (e.g., certain states ban standard-capacity magazines).

4. Tactical Gear, Accessories, and Non-Firearm Items

Most apparel, holsters, optics, parts, and accessories ship directly to your shipping address (subject to age and state restrictions).
Age requirements: 18+ for long gun-related items; 21+ for handguns, certain accessories, and ammunition (per federal and state law).

5. Prohibited or Restricted Shipments

We do not ship firearms or regulated items to individuals without proper FFL transfer.
We do not ship to states or localities where the item is prohibited by law.
International shipments: Generally not available for firearms, ammunition, or restricted tactical items due to export regulations (ITAR/EAR). Contact us for non-restricted gear.
We comply with all UPS, FedEx, and USPS rules for firearms and hazardous materials.

6. Shipping Rates and Delivery

Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method.
Free shipping may apply to select orders (see promotions).
Adult signature may be required for firearms and high-value shipments.
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Shipments

Inspect all packages upon delivery. Report damage to the carrier and us immediately.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You certify that you are legally eligible to purchase and possess the items ordered under all applicable laws.
You agree to comply with all transfer and possession laws in your jurisdiction.
